Cette lettre indique l&rsquo;objet de la convocation.<br>Au cours de l&rsquo;entretien, l&#8217;employeur indique le ou les motifs de la d\u00e9cision envisag\u00e9e et recueille les explications du salari\u00e9.<br>Lors de son audition, le salari\u00e9 peut se faire assister par une personne de son choix appartenant au personnel de l&rsquo;entreprise.
